Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges. You must notify us within two (2) days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to return item.
  • Ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and securely packed for return shipping.
  • Ship the item back to us within 2 days of receiving return instructions.

    Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

    2. Unpacking Video for Defective Items

    To facilitate the return process, we recommend customers to make an unpacking video if the received product is defective. This video can help expedite the assessment and approval of your return request.

    3. Exchanges

    We offer exchanges for defective items within 2 days of product delivery. If you wish to exchange a defective product, please follow the return process outlined above, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

    4. Refunds

    Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within seven (7) business days.
